Return Policy
- Timeframe for Returns: You have 2 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Condition of Product: Products must be in their original, unopened condition to qualify for a full refund. Once opened, products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Return Process: To start the return process, please reach out to our customer service team within the 2-day return window. Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product.
Refund Policy
- Refund Amount: Once we receive the returned product in its original, unopened condition, we will issue a full refund for the price of the product. Please note that the shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund.
